Need a coach for your school program or local team?

If your a sports director or manager of a local team we understand how much of a challenge it can be to find a coach that fits your program or team. At Find My Coach we are here to help. Our platform helps you post a job for your open position and then view the coaching applicants that have applied all from your easy to access online dashboard. Simply fill out the form OR follow the steps below to get started and find your coach.

1. Click 'POST A JOB'

Click post a job and create an account that your school or team can use with your own username and password. If you forget it once you've made it you can always click 'FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD' to request an email with your details.

 




2. Post your job

Here you can provide details on the dates, times, venues and pay rates of the position you are posting. The more detailed your post the more chance you have of getting coaching applicants to apply for your position.

2. Your position goes live!

Once you have posted your job it will then appear on our mobile app for all the coaches to view. Coaches who match the sport you require will receive a push notification notifying them that a job that matches their skill set is now available.

 

3. View your coaching applicants

Whenever someone applies for your job you will receive an automatic email notifying you. You can then view the coaches who have applied for your position by clicking 'MY JOBS' on your dashboard and then selecting 'DETAILS' for the job you want to view your applicants for.

You will then be able to see all the applicants listed at the bottom of the screen. Simply click view applicant to see a detailed coaching and playing resume of that coach.

4. Contact the coach

To contact the coach simply click contact this coach and an email will go directly to that coach informing them that you are interested in hiring them as a coach for your open position. From this point you can converse with your coach to affirm any details around training and game times etc.

5. The coach will then be in contact with you via your email from your profile.
