OUR COACH LOYALTY AND REWARDS PROGRAM
At Find My Coach we do everything we can to help you maximise the amount of clients you can help reach with our specially crafted platform. As a result we also expect our coaches to provide the best service possible to all clients. For those coaches who maintain the highest star rating possible we think it's only fair that you earn a higher percentage of your session rate. And just to top it off we take care of all the payment processing costs so you don't have too!
THE MORE YOU COACH THE MORE REWARDS YOU EARN!
SO HOW MUCH DO I EARN PER SESSION I COACH?
- If you charge $50 per session, for your first 7 sessions you begin on PRO Coach Rank and would earn $40 by earning 80% of your fee ($50).
- Once you have completed your 8th session you will move up to ALL STAR Coach Rank if you have maintained a rating (determined by clients after a session)
- If you maintain a 4+ star rating, after your 13th Session you will move onto Superstar and earn 90% of your session fee e.g. $45.
- If you maintain your 4.5+ star rating after your 20th session you will move to HALL OF FAME Coaching Rank which is the highest and earn 95% of your session fee e.g. $47.50
The only way you can move down a rank is if your star rating drops. So be sure to deliver the best quality coaching every session!
