9.00am - 3:00pm.

A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact numbers, and a checklist of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers once they have signed up. The location of the camp will be held at Blacktown Leisure Centre, Stanhope Gardens. All amenities will be available within the facility. There is also a canteen available.

• 9:00am Coach Introduction+Camp Format+Goals of the Camp
• 9:15am Agility, Fitness and Athletic Development
• 10:00am Basic Netball Technique Development
• 10:30am Morning Break
• 10:45am Group Work - Defensive
• 12:30pm Lunch
• 1:00pm Attacking structures and Centre Court Concepts
• 2:00pm Games utilising concepts and structures
• 3pm Finish
